Ps4 download not enough space glitch

 · There's loads of storage space on my PS4 and in the Minecraft game itself but I'm just stuck. It won't let me download anything else now, it's like there's a glitch/bug. I've been in touch with the PlayStation people and their suggestions have not helped (restore licenses etc.) and directed here for advice after advice to delete more templates. Even tho I clearly have enough space. I tested it out on all my bought items and even those which are only 2 MB big are undownloadable.
