Civ v mods wont download

 · I realize that mods take a while to download, but I left my computer on for hours and none of the mods I got from the Steam Workshop downloaded. I hear deleting the bltadwin.ru from Documents\\My Games\\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\\cache will fix the problem instantly, but that sounds quite risky. Reload the game. Unsub/Resub.
